Return & Refund Policy

At GlobalMed, we are committed to your satisfaction and ensure all our products meet high quality standards. In accordance with UAE e-commerce regulations and the Consumer Protection Law, we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Return is not accepted for items damaged due to misuse or not in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order items
  • Opened or used medical consumables (e.g. gloves, syringes)
  • Items labeled as “non-returnable” on the product page

Return Process

Refunds

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only. Please report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.
